Our Role: Project manager for the $400,000 stucco façade repair and structural repair. Performed daily construction management.
Lakewest Condominiums – Minneapolis, MN
Our Role: Construction manager for $4M building rehabilitation to the 6-story building. Provided full-time construction management and quality assurance.
Our Responsibility:
- Replacement of windows and doors increasing the thermal performance of exterior walls
- Installing metal panel and stucco facade
- Replacement of non-code compliant railings and balconies, and interior drywall repairs
- Retrofit of new air-conditioning and fresh air delivery system within each home

Our Role: General contractor for $8M stucco, metal panel, brick facade, and mechanical restoration.
Our Responsibility: Provided full-time construction management and quality assurance.

Our Role: General contractor for $1 Million restoration including stucco and brick replacement, window and door replacement/repair, foundation waterproofing repairs, and roof repairs.
Our Responsibility: Provided daily restoration construction management and observation.
